SLP Job in Los Altos, CA

You will provide speech-language pathology services in a post-acute care setting at Los Altos Post-Acute. This is a days shift position offering 36 guaranteed hours per week for a 91-day assignment beginning October 23, 2026.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Deliver therapy services in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment
