You will work as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Cypress Ridge Care Center, a skilled nursing facility in Monterey, California. This is a day shift position offering hands-on clinical work in a patient-centered environment.

Your Responsibilities:

You will provide speech-language pathology services to residents in the skilled nursing facility. Your work will include assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention for patients with swallowing, speech, language, and cognitive disorders. You will maintain detailed clinical documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident outcomes and quality of life.

Requirements:

• Active California SLP license
• More than one year of skilled nursing facility experience
• Proficiency with Rehab Optima (Net Health) software

This role is ideal if you have established SNF clinical experience and are comfortable working with the electronic health record systems commonly used in long-term care settings. You will work within an established facility structure with clear clinical protocols and resident census.
