Opportunity:

Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech CVOR

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM), 10-hour shifts, or 12-hour shifts with mid shifts starting at 9:00 AM or 10:45 AM
• 10-hour shifts with varied start times
• Call required: 1-2 weeknights per week and weekend call approximately once per month from end of shift Friday through 6:30 AM Monday
• Every other weekend (EOW) requirement covered by call
• Holidays covered by call
• First to float policy in effect
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Work in CVOR setting handling cases including CABG, valve procedures, pacers, lead extractions, and lung cases
• Acute care setting
• EMR system: Cerner Surginet
• Report to Clinical Supervisor with OR Director and OR Manager oversight
• One orientation shift with preceptor provided
• Scrubs provided by the facility
• Required certifications: BLS Certification
