Emergency Room RN Job in Lansing, MI

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at McLaren Greater Lansing, a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 24, 2026. This role offers a 3x12 night shift schedule with every other weekend required and no on-call responsibilities, paying $2,159 weekly.

In this fast-paced environment, you'll manage multiple patients simultaneously across different acuity levels and health stages. Your responsibilities include assisting physicians with patient care, administering medications, and implementing specific treatments that demand strong attention to detail. You'll respond to urgent, life-threatening situations and communicate effectively with patients who may be scared, in pain, or in shock, as well as their families.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recent emergency department experience
• Current Michigan nursing license
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Telemetry experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
