Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 12-hour night shift schedule
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Contract length of 12 weeks
• Weekend rotation up to every other weekend
• Holiday rotation required
• Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
• Float requirements throughout facility within skillset and to all affiliated facilities within a 60-mile radius
• No on-call or callback requirements
• Work in a 20-bed critical access unit with IMU patients
• Patient ratio for nights is 1:5-6
• Primary case types include detox, stroke rule outs, and respiratory cases with some pain control cases
• Adult patients only - no pediatric patients
• Experience with titratable drips required
• Minimum 2+ years of Med/Surg experience and critical access experience required
• At least one completed travel contract required
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred
• EPIC charting experience preferred within the last year
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Required certifications: WI RN or Compact License, AHA BLS, and AHA ACLS
• Scrub color requirement: Black
