Job Details:

• Day shift position in the Operating Room
• Will consider 3x12 shift schedule
• Contract options available for 13 or 26 weeks (if 26 weeks, must work 2 of the 3 main holidays)
• Call required: 3-4 call shifts in a 6-week period, with one of those shifts on a weekend
• Daily census of 60-80 cases per day
• Patient ratio of 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Covers all surgical procedures except Vascular, CVOR, and Neuro
• Strong experience in ENT, Plastics, and Pediatrics required
• Must be proficient in procedures including abdominoplasty, breast augmentation, free flap microvascular, laryngectomy, mastectomy with TRAM flap reconstruction, pedi general OR, radical neck dissection, tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, and tracheostomy
• Serves patient age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• Medical testing required prior to assignment
• Scrubs are green and provided by the facility
• Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary
• Floating to other units and/or campuses may be required based on census needs
