ED - Emergency Room

RN - ED

Job Details:

• Work in an 8-bed freestanding emergency department
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• Day shift staffing includes 2 RNs, 1 EMT, and 2 mid-level RNs; night shift includes 2 RNs
• 4 weekend shifts required per schedule
• No on-call or floating requirements
• Provide care for both high and low acuity emergency department patients
• Care for critically ill patients as a core responsibility
• Perform medication administration, care for critical patients, and lab work
• Use GE equipment and Meditech EMR system
• Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Emergency department nursing experience required
• ENPC certification preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs
