MRI Technologist Job in Wausau, WI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is recruiting an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM (4x10)
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• On-call every other week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday only)
• Occasional weekend scheduling and holiday shifts as needed
• Potential float assignments to other Central locations

Assignment Terms:

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start date: December 7, 2026
• Weekly pay: $3,092
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius of facility

Requirements:

• Allied Health Professional credential with Associate Degree or Certificate
• Minimum 3 years of MR imaging experience
• GE MRI experience required; proficiency with GE 1.5T and GE 3T systems
• EPIC EMR experience
• Current ARRT(MR) certification
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Any color scrubs permitted

You will operate diagnostic imaging equipment, perform patient screening and positioning, administer contrast agents as directed, and maintain accurate documentation in EPIC. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and clinical teams.
