MRI Technologist Job in Wausau, WI

Aspirus Wausau Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract. You will perform MRI imaging procedures using GE 1.5T and GE 3T equipment, working in a fast-paced diagnostic imaging environment.

Schedule and Hours:

• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
• Shift times: 7:15 AM–3:45 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Monday through Friday primarily, with weekends as needed
• Holidays required as needed
• On-call 1–2 weeknights per week
• 40 guaranteed hours per week

Compensation and Duration:

• $3,081 weekly
• 13-week contract
• Start date: October 19, 2026

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of MRI experience
• GE MRI experience required; proficiency with GE 1.5T and GE 3T machines
• EPIC EMR experience
• ARRT(MR) certification
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Associate Degree or Certificate in a clinical or technical field
• Reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility

Additional Details:

• May be required to float to other central locations as needed
• Any color scrubs or uniform acceptable
