Job Details:

• 3x12 shifts preferred; facility may consider 4x10 schedule
• Specialize in Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Trauma, and General/Robotics/Trauma cases
• Craniotomy and burr hole experience required - hard stop
• Minimum 2 years of experience in service line required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• 1:1 patient ratio for days, nights, and weekends
• Weekend coverage varies; pre-approved time off of one occurrence allowed
• Orientation is 40 hours; modules average 6-8 hours and are completed during orientation
• Travel experience preferred
• Altera/Allscripts charting experience preferred, not required
• Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS; preferred certifications include ACLS, CNOR, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
• Proficiency with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System preferred
• Experience with procedures including but not limited to: craniotomy, spinal fusion, total joint replacement, laminectomy/discectomy, laparoscopic assisted procedures, arthroscopy, cholecystectomy, open and closed reduction of fractures, and general OR cases
• Treats patients across age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, rapid response teams, and more
