Telemetry RN Job in Pikeville, KY

Pikeville Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Telemetry unit. This is a 56-week travel assignment beginning October 19, 2026, with a weekly pay of $2,152.

Role Overview

You will work a 3x12 night shift schedule with 48 guaranteed hours per week. There is no on-call or callback requirement. You will float throughout inpatient areas as needed, including Medical Surgical and Telemetry units. You may be tasked to assist other units as required. Every other weekend and holiday coverage is expected unless approved time off is arranged. No blocked scheduling is permitted.

Requirements

• Current Kentucky or Compact RN license
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in Telemetry or related specialty
• Level I or Level II Trauma experience required
• Associate Degree or Certificate in nursing
• AHA BLS certification
• AHA ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• EKG competency test (completed during compliance process)

Additional Information

Experience with Care View or EPIC charting systems is preferred. You will participate in a manager phone interview and MSP interview as part of the onboarding process. This assignment places you in a Level I or Level II Trauma facility, offering clinical exposure and professional growth within a structured night shift environment.
