Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week guaranteed on a 12-week assignment
• No on-call responsibilities, but may be asked to work all weekends
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Work on a 27-bed Medical Surgical unit that also includes Ortho-Spine on the same floor
• Typical patients include stroke, trauma, bariatric surgery, urology surgery, joint surgery, spine surgery, CHF, COPD, bowel obstruction, AKI, ARF, and withdrawal cases
• Med-Surg experience required
• Ortho-Spine experience preferred
• ACLS preferred
• Charge experience preferred
• Required certifications: RN License and BLS
• Equipment used includes Alaris pumps and Welch Allyn devices
• EMR system: Meditech
• Dress code: Galaxy Blue or Navy Blue top with matching or black bottoms
