Job Details:

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• Work with EPIC EMR system (required)
• On-call requirement of 6 to 8 days of standby call per month, including every 5th weekend
• Variable weekend schedule with every 5th weekend required
• Guaranteed non-billable orientation of 16 hours
• Overtime billable between 36-40 hours per week
• Minimum 36 months of interventional vascular/IR lab experience in a hospital or medical center setting required
• Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL experience in a hospital or medical center setting preferred
• Proficiency in endovascular procedures preferred
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA or ARC), BLS (AHA or ARC)
• Active Iowa nursing license or compact/multistate license required at time of submission
• Skills checklist specific to the discipline required
• Professional reference or reference check from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within 24 months of submission date preferred
• Travelers will be required to work 2 of 3 major winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
