Med Surg RN Job in Granbury, TX

Lake Granbury Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical Surgical unit night shift position. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 12, 2026.

Shift & Schedule

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating between units
• No 48-hour shifts

Unit Details

• 40-bed Medical Surgical unit
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• EMR system: MEDHOST
• Scrub color: Royal Blue

Compensation & Duration

• Weekly pay: $1,661
• 91-day assignment
• Start date: October 12, 2026

Requirements

• Current RN License
• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• ACLS (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Travel experience preferred

Important Information

• You must be located more than 50 miles from the facility at time of assignment start
• Time off requests must be included in your submission packet
• Maximum 3 days of time off permitted during holiday blackout periods
