OR RN Job in Lafayette, IN

Franciscan Health Lafayette is seeking an experienced RN for the Operating Room. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 5, 2026, offering competitive compensation and the opportunity to work in a dynamic surgical environment.

Position Details

• Specialty: Operating Room (OR)
• Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with varying days off; weekend shifts on-call only
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
• Weekly pay: $2,212
• Duration: 91 days

Responsibilities

You will support surgical teams across a 10-room operating room setting, handling a diverse range of cases including general, orthopedic, spine, neuro, GYN, ENT, robotics, urology, podiatry, vascular, and open heart procedures. You will work with various OR equipment, use the EPIC EMR system, and serve patients throughout the perioperative period. No float requirements apply to this role.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of OR experience
• Robotics training preferred
• Vascular and open heart experience preferred but not required
