Opportunity:
PT - Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• Work in an outpatient clinic setting connected to the main facility
• Monday through Thursday shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Possible Saturday shifts may be arranged in advance in exchange for a weekday off
• Charting system used is MEDITECH
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• Valid state license required for submission
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, or up to 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
