Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributing professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care
• Every other weekend schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• 1+ years of Med Surg experience required
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Must be located at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates also accepted), NIHSS Certification
• Active Iowa nursing license or compact nursing license required with Nursys verification
• Skills checklist specific to Med Surg discipline required
• 1 supervisory reference form completed within the last two years required
• Driver's license required
• Traveler will be required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
