ED RN Job in Rock Hill, SC

Piedmont Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This is a 13-week contract assignment beginning April 13, 2026, on a nights schedule.

Position Overview

You will provide direct clinical care to patients presenting with varying acuity levels in a fast-paced emergency setting. Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and delivering hands-on nursing care during each shift. You will supervise and delegate tasks to appropriate staff members, ensuring safe and competent patient care delivery. You will work collaboratively with facility nursing leadership to maintain high-quality standards and appropriate resource management.

Shift & Schedule

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Night shift hours
• 13-week duration

Position Requirements

• Current RN license
• Emergency Department experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts
• Charting proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system
• Navy scrubs required

Compensation & Support

You will receive $2,195 per week. ADEX Healthcare Staffing provides travel nurse support, including housing assistance, credentialing support, and 24/7 assignment support throughout your contract.
