Opportunity:

Scrub Tech - Scrub Tech

Job Details:

• Variable shifts available in 8-hour or 10-hour increments
• Shift hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Work in a 7-suite operating room environment handling 18-20 cases per day
• Common case types include laparoscopic, bariatrics, ortho, neuro, uro, GYN, and ENT procedures
• Patient ratios of 1:1 and 2:1
• Call requirement includes some nights and weekends, 1 week of nights per week, and 2 twelve-hour weekend call shifts per month
• Call response time of 30 minutes required
• Holiday call requirement applies
• Floating limited to pre and post-op areas only
• Scrubs are provided
• EMR system used is Cerner
• Sterile processing duties include assembly of sets and decontamination duties
• Equipment used includes Steris and Sterrad
• CST preferred for scrub techs
• IAHCSMM or CBSPD certification required for sterile processing
• Required certifications: BLS Certification
• ACLS and BLS required; CST preferred
