Emergency Room (ER) RN Job in Muscatine, IA

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room at UnityPoint-Trinity Muscatine, a Level 4 trauma center. This is a travel position offering weekend package scheduling—Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 3x12 nights with flexible start times (10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, or 12:00 PM)
• Contract length: 8, 10, or 13 weeks available
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: November 16, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,487
• No on-call responsibilities

Your Role

You will contribute your professional and clinical knowledge to provide and manage patient care as part of the interdisciplinary team. You may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. The facility uses EPIC for its electronic medical record system.

Required Experience & Credentials

• Minimum 2 years of previous nursing experience
• At least 1 completed travel contract
• Experience with critical emergency drips including pressors, antiarrhythmics, and sedation
• Current TNCC, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA) certifications
• Active Iowa and Illinois state nursing licenses
• Valid driver's license
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date
• 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
• Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility
