Med Surg RN Job in Nacogdoches, TX

You will work as a Registered Nurse on the Med Surg unit at Nacogdoches Medical Center – South Campus in Nacogdoches, TX. This is a 13-week travel contract assignment starting September 15, 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise delegated staff and ensure appropriate care delivery
• Support facility nursing leadership to maintain high-quality, safe, and appropriate patient care
• Monitor clinical staff competency and manage resources related to patient care
• Take accountability for unit-level clinical outcomes and patient safety
