ICU Registered Nurse Job in Tulsa, OK

Yale Campus - Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for their ICU Float Pool. You'll work 3x12 hour day shifts and earn $2,268 weekly on an 89-day travel assignment starting September 14, 2026.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies
• Monitor and evaluate patient functional status and complete individualized care plans within established guidelines
• Organize, prioritize, and perform nursing skills appropriate for the patient population
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams
• Document all steps of the nursing process accurately using correct medical terminology
• Facilitate patient teaching and discharge planning with timely referrals
• Support unit goals through performance improvement and educational activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Valid multi-state or Oklahoma Registered Nurse License
• BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Epic EHR experience
• Working knowledge of disease state management, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways

Preferred Skills:

• Cardiac critical care and hemodynamic monitoring experience
• Cardiac ICU background
• Continuous renal replacement therapy
• Mechanical circulatory support devices (IABP, Impella, ECMO)
• Swan-Ganz catheter experience

You'll provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care while considering psychosocial factors and patient age in all nursing interventions.
