ICU RN Float Pool Position in Tulsa, OK

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Yale Campus - Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a 3x12 nights position for an 89-week travel assignment starting September 28, 2026. You'll earn $2,529 weekly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies
• Monitor and evaluate patient functional status throughout care delivery
• Complete assessments and develop individualized care plans within established unit and nursing guidelines
• Provide nursing care with consideration for cultural, psychosocial factors, and patient age groups
• Organize, prioritize, and perform nursing skills appropriate for the patient population
• Delegate and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Document the nursing process and care on appropriate records accurately and concisely
• Facilitate patient teaching, discharge planning, and timely referrals
• Collaborate with other healthcare disciplines as appropriate

Requirements: Minimum one year of nursing experience, Epic experience, and working knowledge of disease state management processes, the bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways. Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS. Valid multi-state or Oklahoma Registered Nurse License required.

Preferred qualifications: Cardiac critical care and hemodynamic monitoring experience, cardiac ICU background, continuous renal replacement therapy, mechanical circulatory support devices (IABP, Impella, ECMO), and Swan-Ganz catheter experience.
