ICU RN Job in Oklahoma City, OK

Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City is seeking an RN for a travel position in the Intensive Care Unit. You will work day shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule with 36 guaranteed hours per week, starting October 26, 2026, for a 91-day assignment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across all phases of ICU care
• Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care according to nursing practice standards
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:2 in a 36-bed ICU unit
• Apply theoretical concepts in critical care practice decisions
• Float to the Step-Down unit as needed

Scheduling and Benefits

• Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend required, with additional shifts available based on census
• No on-call requirements
• Weekly pay: $1,944

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• NHSS certification preferred
