ICU Registered Nurse Job in Muskogee, OK

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Muskogee Campus Hospital. This is a 3x12 flex shift position with a duration of 89 days, starting October 19, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,404.

Your Role

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies. You will monitor and evaluate patient functional status through comprehensive assessments and individualized care plans. Your work will consider cultural and psychosocial factors across all patient ages.

You will organize, prioritize, and perform nursing skills appropriate for the ICU patient population. You will document the nursing process and care accurately, concisely, and legibly using correct medical terminology. You will facilitate patient teaching and discharge planning with timely and appropriate referrals, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals and disciplines as needed. Willingness to float as needed is required.

Requirements

• Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License
• 2 or more years of experience in critical care nursing
• Epic documentation experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Working knowledge of disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways

Preferred Qualifications

• CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) experience
• Swan-Ganz Catheter experience
