Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Previous Interventional Radiology experience (scrub and circulate) required
• Previous neurointerventional Radiology experience (scrub and circulate) required
• Moderate sedation experience required
• Vascular OR experience preferred
• Cath Lab experience preferred
• VI Registered preferred
• Typical procedures include dialysis work (Permcaths, fistulagrams), neph tubes, arteriograms/embolizations, Y-90, G tubes, TIPS, Inari cases, cerebral arteriograms, coilings, pipelines, mechanical thrombectomies, and vertebroplasties
• Work with single plane GE and biplane Philips equipment, as well as an Invasive CT scanner
• EMR system: Cerner (Radnet)
• Day shift staffing includes 2 techs per room and 1 nurse per room; night shift includes 1 tech and 1 RN onsite
• Patient ratio is 1:1
• Schedule includes every 7th weekend and one night secondary call during the week
• Float area: VOR
• Hospital-provided scrubs
• Required certification: BLS
