Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour shifts per week, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM with holiday rotation
• No on-call requirements
• Float between Main Hospital and ART campus as needed
• Perform general ultrasound procedures with a varying daily caseload
• Must be proficient in abdominal doppler imaging including renal transplant and liver transplant imaging
• Perform procedures including abdominal aorta, renal artery duplex, TIPS, color flow doppler studies, and additional ultrasound studies
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; prior travel assignment required (first-timers from large teaching facilities considered)
• Must have experience working at a large hospital
• Required certifications: BLS and ARDMS or ARRT (S) certification
• South Carolina state ultrasound licensure is not required
• Must have graduated from an accredited school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• Radiation badge is not required
• Scrub colors: teal tops and black bottoms
• Charting system: Epic
• Parking pass available for nights and weekends with a one-time payment of $20
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week period as part of guaranteed hours policy
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
