Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work on an Ortho Neuro Med Surg unit located on the 3rd floor of Tower B
• 30-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:5
• Work with spine and orthopedic braces equipment
• Use Meditech EMR system - Meditech experience is required
• Perform and assist with procedures including total knees, laminectomy, VP shunt revision, fusions, total hip, ORIF, and ACDF
• Day shift staffing includes charge nurse, RNs, CNAs, and sitters dependent on census
• Night shift staffing dependent on census
• 4 weekends required in a 4-week period
• Spine and/or orthopedic background preferred
• Certification preferred
• Required certification: BLS
• Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs
• Strong teamwork skills required
