Occupational Therapist Job in Lakeview, OR

Lake Health District is seeking a Occupational Therapist for a 91-week travel assignment in Lakeview, OR. This is a days shift role offering $2,190 weekly, with a start date of October 5, 2026.

Your Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment for patients upon physician referral
• Treat patients with disabilities, disorders, and injuries to relieve pain and restore or maintain physical function
• Utilize therapeutic modalities including exercise, massage, heat, cold, air, light, water, electricity, and sound
• Collaborate with family members and health team members regarding patient abilities and goals
• Apply thorough knowledge of therapy procedures, current orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures, and rehabilitation practices
• Demonstrate positive attitude and effective communication skills
• Utilize effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect
• Apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, and managing email communications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Current valid Oregon state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Current valid Oregon driver's license
• Current CPR certification
