Med Surg RN Night Shift Job in Cleveland, OH

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a 90-day travel assignment at Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. You will work the night shift, scheduled as 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, earning $2,229 weekly.

About the Role

You will provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients, monitoring their conditions closely and administering medications according to physician orders. Your responsibilities include collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes, documenting all patient care activities with accuracy and attention to detail, and maintaining comprehensive medical records. You will also assist patients with education about their conditions and recovery, as well as participate in discharge planning to ensure safe transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on nursing care for med-surg patients across your assigned unit
• Monitor vital signs and patient status; report changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain clear, thorough documentation in patient medical records
• Educate patients and families about care and recovery expectations
