Med Surg RN Job in Cleveland, OH

You'll provide direct care to medical and surgical adult inpatients on a 24-bed unit at Cleveland Medical Center. Your patient population includes orthopedic, non-acute stroke, and Level I trauma patients. This role emphasizes zero-harm principles, patient safety, and quality outcomes in a specialized orthopedic and trauma setting.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care to orthopedic, neuro-surgical, and trauma patients
• Prioritize patient safety and evidence-based clinical practice
• Manage pain effectively and enhance patient experience through proactive rounding and bedside hand-off communication
• Monitor patients using Masimo surveillance and telemetry technology
• Support the unit's age-friendly, trauma-focused care model
