Med-Surg RN Job in Zanesville, OH

Genesis Healthcare System is seeking an RN for a Med-Surg position on the 4 West Comprehensive Medical Unit in Zanesville, OH. This is a replacement role with a 91-day duration, starting November 16, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 3x12 day shifts (7:00 AM to 7:30 PM)
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirement
• $2,111 weekly pay

Role Responsibilities

• Work primarily on 4 West Comprehensive Medical Unit
• Float occasionally between Med-Surg units including Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders
• Provide direct patient care for adult comprehensive medical-surgical patients

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Minimum 3 years of current and recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience
• Active BLS certification
• Current Epic EMR proficiency (must be documented in referral information)
• Ability to read Telemetry (competency will be tested on day one)
