<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM<br>• No weekend or holiday requirements<br>• Treat an average of 8 patients per day<br>• Provide care in outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled settings<br>• Experience preferred but training will be provided<br>• Physical therapy degree required<br>• BLS certification required<br>• Casual professional dress code<br>• Department-specific orientation provided<br>• Use MatrixCare/Matrix charting system<br>• Minimum 4 shifts per contract required (3 shifts if contract is under 13 weeks)<br>• Work primarily with outpatient cases along with some acute inpatient and skilled care patients</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility provides comprehensive rehabilitation services including outpatient therapy, acute inpatient care, and skilled nursing services.
