Med Surg RN Job in Fort Worth, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is recruiting a Med Surg RN for a travel assignment in Fort Worth, Texas. You will work at Medical City Fort Worth on a 3x12 night shift schedule, 7 PM to 7 AM.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Medical City Fort Worth, Fort Worth, TX

• Shift: 3x12 Nights (7 PM–7 AM)

• Start Date: September 21, 2026
• Positions Available: 1–2

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay: $1,576.80

As a Med Surg RN, you will provide direct patient care, manage medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes. You will assess patient conditions, document care in the electronic health record, and communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a busy medical-surgical unit while working nights. You will support a diverse patient population with varying acuity levels and diagnoses typical of a general med-surg environment.
