Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Taos, NM

Holy Cross Hospital - Taos is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation with some inpatient responsibilities. You will work a 5x8 day schedule (Sunday through Thursday), with a 4x10 option available upon request.

Your Role

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting
• See approximately 10 patient visits per day
• Treat adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Focus on orthopedics, gait training, acute care, pelvic floor training, postpartum care, and women's health
• Manage conditions including total hip and total knee replacements, spinal conditions, and low back pain
• Handle post-operative care and patient billing for Medicare A, Medicare B, Medicaid, and private pay

Required Qualifications

• Valid state physical therapy license in hand before start date
• BLS certification
• Manual Therapy certification
• Lymphedema certification
• 2 references at time of submission

Preferred Experience

• 2 years of clinical experience
• Women's health background
• Outpatient clinic experience

Support & Resources

You will have access to interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and social services. Orientation includes 16 hours of training to help you get up to speed.
