ED - Emergency Room

Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in Emergency Room and/or Critical Care required (PRN experience not accepted)
• 36 hours per week with 12-hour variable shifts starting at 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, or 12:00 PM
• Weekend coverage required
• Patient ratios: 4 patients during days, 4 during nights, and 3-4 on weekends
• Self-scheduling
• No blocked scheduling allowed
• No float or on-call required
• Care for patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Treat all medical conditions ranging from minor to major life-threatening illnesses and trauma injuries including cardiac, neurological, and major trauma
• Stabilize critical patients for transfer to higher level of care as facility does not have cardiac cath or neuro capabilities
• Perform triage, telemetry, conscious sedation, and vent management
• Charge experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP
• Preferred certifications: ENPC, NIHSS
• Must have current New Mexico RN license in hand before start date
• 75-mile radius rule applies - local candidates not accepted
