ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg position at THOP Memorial Campus - 069 in El Paso, TX. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 26, 2026.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Med Surg
• Shift: 3x12 Days (0700–1930)
• Weekly Pay: $1,643
• Duration: 91 days

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Remain accountable for patient care outcomes at the unit level

As an RN on this Med Surg unit, you will work alongside an experienced healthcare team in a patient-centered environment. You will have the opportunity to deliver direct patient care, mentor nursing staff, and contribute to unit-level quality and safety initiatives. Your clinical judgment and delegation skills will be essential to maintaining high standards of care and supporting your colleagues.
