Cath Lab Technologist Job in Peoria, IL

You will work as a Cath Lab Technologist at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting July 20, 2026, with weekly pay of $4,032.

Schedule and Hours

• 4×10-hour day shifts
• On-call responsibilities on a rotational basis, typically 8–9 shifts per month
• Call response time required within 30 minutes of notification
• Rotating weekends and holidays
• No float requirements at this time

Role Responsibilities

• Perform scrubbing, hemodynamic monitoring, and circulating duties
• Support a 6-suite cardiac cath lab department averaging 10–15 cases daily
• Work with cardiologist physicians available on call 24/7, 365 days per year
• Document and chart using EPIC, PACS, and McKesson Cardiology systems

Department Details

The cath lab operates separately from the IR and EP departments. Primary charge nurse coverage runs from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The hospital provides scrubs, and orientation typically spans 3–5 days with 12 non-billable orientation hours.

Requirements

• Active Illinois license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
• Previous cath lab experience required
• Current certifications: ARRT, BLS, IEMA
• Pediatrics experience preferred but not required
• McKesson Cardiology PACS experience preferred but not required
