RN - Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:17 PM
• Assignment duration ranges from 13 to 26 weeks
• Required scrub color: Ceil blue or white for RN
• Nurse-to-patient ratios vary by unit: 1:7 or 1:8 on 5B Floor Neuro Tele, 1:4 on 5T Cardiac Stepdown unit, and 1:6 to 1:7 on 6T Post Op
• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• House Supervisor must be contacted for any nurse cancellation
