PT - Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• Monday through Friday day shift schedule
• See 5-6 patients per day
• Work in a home health setting serving the Franklin/Macon County area
• Home health experience required for therapy positions
• Document using HCHB documentation system
• Dress code: Business casual attire required for therapy staff
• Reliable personal vehicle required for patient visits
