CVOR RN Job in Fort Myers, FL

Health Park Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) on a travel assignment. This is a 89-day contract beginning October 12, 2026, offering 4x10 hour day shifts at $2,835.90 per week.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a fast-paced cardiovascular surgical environment
• Perform both scrub and circulate duties within the CVOR
• Accept on-call responsibilities as determined during the interview process
• Function as core staff and contribute to unit operations from day one
• Participate in floating assignments; travelers are prioritized for float pool rotation and may be assigned to sister campuses as needed

Requirements

• Current RN license (state of assignment)
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required
• Demonstrated competency in both scrub and circulate roles in a CVOR setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications current and valid
• Prior travel healthcare experience highly preferred
• Ability to work varied start times within day shift window
• Willingness to submit all requested time off at the time of application

Work Environment

You will work within an Epic electronic medical record system and collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team. The facility expects you to integrate quickly and deliver the same standard of care as permanent staff.
