Pharmacist Job in Asheville, NC

You will serve as a Pharmacist at Mission Pharmacy Blue Ridge in Asheville, NC, filling approximately 70–75 prescriptions daily in a retail and community pharmacy setting. This is a Monday through Friday position, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no on-call or weekend requirements.

Your Role

• Fill and verify prescriptions in a community pharmacy environment
• Work alongside one Pharmacy Technician
• Use the PioneerRx EMR system for prescription management and patient records
• Provide pharmaceutical care and patient consultation
• Maintain a professional appearance in business dress code

What You Bring

• Current North Carolina Pharmacist License
• Minimum retail pharmacy experience
• Immunization certification (preferred)
• PioneerRx system proficiency (preferred)
• A community pharmacy-oriented personality and commitment to patient care

Assignment Details

This is an 84-week travel assignment beginning September 7, 2026. You will work five 8-hour shifts per week. Weekly pay is $2,455.

You will have a stable schedule with no weekend or on-call obligations, allowing you to balance work with personal life while gaining valuable experience in a community pharmacy setting.
