Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Weekend coverage required every other weekend
• Float required to other units and/or campuses per census needs, limited to qualified units where competencies have been demonstrated and documented
• Patient population includes Pediatrics, PICU, PEDS floors, ER, and NICU
• Medication systems: Pyxis and Omnicell
• Documentation system: EPIC - minimum 1 year of experience required
• Minimum 1 year of overall experience required
• Required work setting experience: Emergency Department, Pediatric Critical Care, and Pediatrics
• Required skills include: aerosol set up mask and trach, albuterol, apnea monitor, Atrovent, bag and mask, capillary blood gases, high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), metered dose inhaler (MDI), Mucomyst, trach collar, and Xopenex
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS, RRT for SC license, and national license/certificate
