Opportunity:

RN - Tele

Job Details:

• 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Patient ratio of 1:4-6 depending on census
• Float required between Progress West and St. Peters as needed within service line and scope
• Float may also be required to MS and ICU (non-ICU level/lower acuity patients aligned with skill level)
• Care for adults and geriatrics patients including total joint replacement, neuro spine, general surgery, wounds, diabetic, and oral surgery cases
• Provide stroke care and post cardiac catheterization patient care
• Post thrombectomy care after 24 hours
• Experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, cardiac telemetry, central line care, heparin protocols, IV insulin protocols, and cardiac drip management required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Telemetry experience required with stroke and post heart catheter experience preferred
• PCU or step down experience preferred
• 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
