Respiratory Therapist Job in Great Barrington, MA

Fairview Hospital is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 91-day travel assignment in Great Barrington, MA. This role offers flexible 3x12 scheduling with weekly compensation of $2,384.64.

Position Overview

You will perform technical duties to administer complex cardiopulmonary care treatments to patients according to physician verbal or written orders. You must be comfortable working with patients of all ages and will have the opportunity to cross-train in the cardiology side of the department, including EKG, stress tests, Holter monitors, event monitors, and EEGs.

Schedule and Requirements

• 3x12 flex scheduling with weekend availability
• Holiday rotation required; must work two holiday blocks if scheduled: Thanksgiving through the following Friday and weekend, Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the following weekend, and New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and the following weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• No block scheduling available
• All requested time off must be noted at profile upload; maximum 5 days of time off will be accepted

Qualifications

• 5 years of current Registered Respiratory Therapist experience required
• Massachusetts Registered Respiratory Therapist License in good standing
• Active RRT Certification through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• Required certifications: NRP, BLS (AHA), NBRC
• Skills checklist for Registered Respiratory Therapist current to within one year
• 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment
• Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred
• CRTs will not be considered for this position
