OR RN Job in Nashville, TN

You'll work as an OR RN at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a 182-day travel assignment with a start date of September 28, 2026.

Shift and Schedule

• 3x12 hour shifts, days (Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–11:00 PM)
• Days within the week vary based on unit need; block schedule not available
• Four late stays per 13-week contract; late stays may extend up to one hour beyond your scheduled end time if additional OR rooms are running
• Limited time off; you'll be expected to work 2 of 3 holidays

Role Requirements

• You must be able to circulate; circulating experience is required
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
• Prior travel healthcare experience required
• Active RN license on file at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• No float to other locations

Patient Population and Case Types

• Adult patients only; no pediatrics
• All service lines covered except cardiac, transplant, and trauma/neuro at time of submission
• Case types include neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant (liver, renal, pancreas), robotic, hybrid rooms (cysto, bronch, lead extraction), ambulatory ortho, burn, and hepatic-biliary

Compensation

• Weekly pay: $2,472
