ICU Registered Nurse Job in Lexington, KY

Saint Joseph Hospital – Lexington is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Intensive Care Unit. This is a travel nursing position offering competitive pay and the opportunity to work in an acute care setting with a supportive team.

Position Details

• Specialty: ICU – Intensive Care Unit
• Shift: 3x12 nights (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: Every other weekend required
• Assignment Duration: 84 days
• Start Date: November 2, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,113

About the Role

You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced intensive care environment. Your responsibilities include monitoring critically ill patients, administering medications, managing ventilators and other life-support equipment, and communicating with the interdisciplinary care team. You will use EPIC for all charting and documentation.

Requirements

• Current RN license (valid in Kentucky)
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• BSN not required

Important Information

The hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, or up to 3 shifts for assignments shorter than 13 weeks. You will work in an acute care setting and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to patient outcomes.
