Telemetry RN Job in Chandler, AZ

Join Chandler Regional Medical Center as a Registered Nurse on our 32-bed Cardiovascular Telemetry unit. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 9, 2026, offering 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) at $2,235 per week.

Role Overview

You will provide direct patient care to adults (minimum age 15) in the post-acute and recovery phase, including patients following catheterization procedures, vascular interventions, and day 2 coronary artery bypass grafting. Patient ratios are 1:3–4. You will interpret EKGs and monitor centralized telemetry systems. No ventilator management is required.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Medication management including Amiodarone, Cardene, Nitro, Heparin, and Dobutamine (titrate down only)
• EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia recognition
• Nursing documentation in Cerner
• Float to similar or lower acuity units as needed

Support and Resources

Respiratory therapy and pharmacy are available 24/7. Hospitalists conduct daytime rounds and provide on-call coverage at night.

Schedule and Time Off

Every other weekend is required. You must be available to work 2 of 3 major holidays during your assignment.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience (within the past 6 months)
• Active RN licensure
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required prior to acceptance
• Pass/Fail sterile field exam on day 1 of orientation
