Telemetry RN Job in Show Low, AZ

Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center is seeking an RN for a 91-day travel assignment on a 24-bed Med Surg unit with telemetry capability. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week with a 36-hour weekly guarantee and up to 3 cancellations per 13-week contract.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care on a Med Surg telemetry unit with heavy telemetry focus
• Manage patient loads of 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio on night shifts
• Float to other Med Surg units and ICU for Med Surg overflow as needed
• Perform all IV duties on the unit
• Demonstrate strong neuro and cardiac assessment skills

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• 2 years of acute care experience
• ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• PALS certification preferred

Facility Details:

You will work in an acute care trauma level 3 setting with 24/7 hospitalist, respiratory therapist, and pharmacy support. Tele techs, charge nurses, HUCs, and PCTs provide unit support. The facility uses Allscripts Sunrise for charting. Pediatric patients are not assigned to travelers. You may wear any scrub color except all black; scrubs are not provided.

Compensation and Details:

Weekly pay is $2,254. The assignment begins September 21, 2026. BSN is not required for this position.
