Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Neuro

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend hours required
• No on-call requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Neuro/Neurosurgery experience required
• Float to other units as needed
• Care for neurosurgical patients including those with spinal fractures, craniotomies, aneurysm repairs, head bleeds, traumatic brain injuries, seizure disorders, and multi-traumas
• Patient ratio of 1:3
• Work with equipment including telemetry, ICP monitoring, externalized ventricular drains, epidurals, PCAs, Pleuravacs/chest tubes, and trachs
• Use Epic EMR system
• Scrubs of any color required with professional appearance maintained at all times
• Proactive team player with a positive and work-focused attitude preferred
